Notes to Winners and Teachers:
 

Here are a few reminders....

 

1.   WINNING WORK DROP-OFF

      Wednesday, January 15th 3:00-5:00 pm; RIC, Alex & Ani Hall

      -  Artwork must be matted and gallery-ready

      -  Gallery Ready:  

         -  Window matted in WHITE only (no double layered or black mats)

         -  Pastels, charcoals and other fragile media MUST be protected with

            fixative AND liftable paper or plastic covering - tape only top to back

            of mat.  

         -  If 2D artwork is heavy, attach appropriate materials to hang

      -  Only ONE piece per portfolio may be dropped off.

      -  Each piece should be properly labeled with second Submission Form

         taped to the back of 2D/securely attached to 3D work

      -  2D work 36" x 48"

      -  3D work should not exceed 18" x 18" x 36" in dimensions;

         and not exceed 60 pounds. 

      -  No wooden frames of any kind or glass frames.

      ALL WORK MUST BE DROPPED OFF BY 5:00 PM on JANUARY 15th

      NO EXCEPTIONS OR ALTERNATE DELIVERY OPTIONS!

 

2.  CEREMONY

     Sunday, January 19th; 2:00 pm; RIC, Roberts Hall  Auditorium

     Two Guests per award winner

 

3.  OPENING RECEPTION

     Sunday, January 19th; Immediately Following Ceremony

4.  EXHIBITION

5.  GALLERY TAKEDOWN & ARTWORK PICKUP

     Sunday, February 2, 2020; 3:30-5:00 pm

     ALL Artwork must be picked up at this time!

     NO ARTWORK WILL BE STORED!
